Monthly community class

On the SECOND SATURDAY of every month at 9:30 am, we offer a COMMUNITY CLASS where newcomers practice for free!

Current students: Bring friends, family members, co-workers (even enemies) to the community class and practice with them. For every one of your guests who purchases the Intro Month THAT DAY, you get a pass for a week of free yoga to use yourself or to give away!

The community class is followed by an open house to give new students a chance to ask questions and to meet some of our regular instructors. Fresh fruit and goodies will be available.

Karma Class

We have a Karma (donation) class on the last Saturday of the month at Alberta at 9:30am and donate the proceeds to a good cause which is usually a local non-profit. This month proceeds will go to Living Yoga.

More Karma Yoga: 60-day Challenge

We are having a 60 day challenge to raise money for Living Yoga from September 15th to November 15th.  Participants decide what their goal (challenge) is and raise money for Living Yoga.  The person who raises the most money (over $1000) will win a free year of yoga.  We offer a discount to participants: 2 months of unlimited yoga for only $150.  We will freeze other packages.

Yoga Asana Regional Championship

2012 Oregon Regional championships will be held on Sunday January 29th at the Alberta Rose Theater. More details coming soon!
